By using the parmarooms website and its services, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
parmarooms is a B&B stay platform that offers accommodation search, viewing, and booking services in Italy. Services include: B&B listings, stay bookings with online payment, guest portal with booking management.
Users agree to: provide truthful and up-to-date information, not use the service for unlawful purposes, not attempt to access unauthorized parts of the system, respect the house rules of booked properties.
Bookings are subject to property availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment completion. parmarooms reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of terms violation or inappropriate behavior.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Rates include accommodation price, cleaning fees (if applicable), and service fee. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
The cancellation policy varies by property and is indicated on the detail page. Generally: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for flexible policy, up to 14 days for moderate policy, no refund for strict policy. Service fees are non-refundable.
parmarooms acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. We are not responsible for: the condition of properties, the accuracy of descriptions provided by owners, damages caused during the stay, force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the service fee amount.
All site content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of parmarooms or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content without prior written consent is prohibited.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
