We collect the following personal data: name, email address, phone number (optional), browsing data (technical and analytics cookies), booking and payment data. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: management of bookings and payments, communications regarding requested services, sending transactional emails (confirmations, reminders), improving services through anonymous statistical analysis.
Data processing is based on: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for bookings, consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for analytics and marketing cookies, legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for security and fraud prevention, legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) for Italian tax and regulatory compliance.
Personal data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: booking data for 10 years (Italian tax obligation), contact data for 24 months from the last contact, browsing data for 13 months, inactive accounts deleted after 36 months.
Under articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing.
